I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone and show off some of my wood. I mill a lot of wood but I don’t have much woodworking experience, mainly because I lack the skill. I hope that this site will help to get me motivated to try a more advanced woodworking project. A few months ago I did buy a lathe and have been having a blast making bowls. I’ll probably post some of my bowls soon.

The photos are of Walnut, English Elm and Redwood burls. These are some of the woods I work with in several different ways. I produce pretty much everything from veneer to gunstocks, from guitars billets to huge table slabs.

I also work with figured and burl Maple, figured Eucalyptus, figured Redwood, quarter-sawn Sycamore, figured Black, Claro, English and Bastogne Walnut. Basically, if it’s figured or burl, I’m interested.

Thanks to everyone that has already contacted me just to say hello and make me feel so welcome. I love the site and I hope to learn from it and become more involved soon.

I do sell my woods. It’s what I do 5-6 days a week. At some point I’ll post my website and buy some add space from this site. I mainly sell wholesale but I’m slowly getting into retail as I find the time. Feel free to send me a personal message.

Thanks, Eric.
