Mirror frame from purpleheart – used mirror from an old hall stand, I am currently working on a sideboard to go under the mirror. Used mortise and tennon joints, decided to pin them with some old cut? nails.

I love the subtleness of this piece Marge. A little bit of pizzazz from the wood choice and leading added. Wonderful. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Hi Marge, this is really beautiful work. I do have a question…how do you finish your purple heart and keep it purple. Mine tends to go brown after a little while.

Thanks!
