These yarn bowls are birch segments … 85 pieces in each bowl, and about 5 1/2” high and 6” in diameter.

I think I know why the slot is there but why the 2 holes?

Very nice. Perfect time for you to post these as I played in the shop this afternoon and cut out a yarn bowl. Yours are really lots better than my first which was last year. I hope my next ones are almost as good as yours. Thanks for showing.

I am currently making one of these and cannot figure out a great way to cut the curved slot! Would you be wiling to share with me how you make the slot?
