A friend of mine who also brew’s his own beer saw the bottle drain rack that I made for myself. His wife contacted me and asked if I would build one for X-Mas for her husband. So I began working on it. About 2 weeks later I get a email from my friend and he asked me to build him one, well this was his gift from his wife, I told him I had another project started and could do it after the new year. Won’t he be surprised. I made the top out of white oak and walnut for the legs with white oak feet.

Nice rack.

I should brew up another batch soon… The weather is almost right to lager without electricity!

Great idea but won’t he need a rack for the full bottles too (-:
I guess you don’t “riddle” beer like you do champagne. A process for removing the sediment.

Very nice, Great surprise for your friend! I could have used one years ago but I got tired of washing bottles and went to kegging.
