Project Information

Tyler David and I wanted to make a pair of mallets together so we both went out to our fire piles and got the supplies. I found a piece of White oak with strait grain that would work perfectly.

I took it back to the shop and shaped it all down into the two heads all with hand tools. Then shipped both of them off to Tyler.

He used a pine node for the handle on his mallet and an Apple branch for the handle on mine. then Chartered a flight to Mexico just to pick up some palm frons to wrap the handles. (that is dedication!)
