I try to do a toy build-a-thon every year for Christmas but this year has been particularly busy with new baby and hectic work schedule. We went to the lumberyard and bought a huge board of 6/4 poplar and this is what came out of it. I worked on them mostly on Thanksgiving (great excuse to hide from the in-laws hehe). Not as many toys as I hoped, next year will need to start much earlier. Dropped them off today at our local firefighter station :).

Awsome job, you did a great job with those toys. I know some kids will really enjoy them.

Nice toys. Do you have a pattern for the cars and dog? Did you find them on a website?

Thank you for all your support!!

new2wood, the dog I drew myself (modeled after my dog howling all the time) and the car I found online, you can google for car toys. I can scan the dog toy and email it to you if you want to make it!
