This is an outdoor cabinet and lite fixture for our covered porch. The project cabinet was constructed from Angelim Pedra and the drawers from White Oak. It is finished with an outdoor oil stain. The drawer front detail is a wooden rope trim stained white. The top has four inlay-ed gannet slabs. The lite has five LED lites. It is made from Angelim Pedra and White Pine.

I was asked about the durability of this project due to outdoor use. Angelim Pedra is very weather resistant. I used outdoor glue and biscuits and or pocket hole screws and glue for all joints. On the covered porch this project will only see some blowing snow or mist. I have several Angelim Pedra arbors that have similar construction in direct exposure for five or more years with only light color change and the glue joints have held up very well.

The whole thing is great, but I really like what you did with the lights.

This is a beautiful piece and it makes a wonderful accent for that covered patio.
