Brian From BearKat Wood challenged me To make a Shoulder Plane hen I challenged him to make one too.
so we both hat two different takes on the tool.

The plane and Iron were made from ash, and the Iron was an old hand forged iron I purchased a wile ago. I have been meaning to make a body for it for some time and this was the perfect reason to do so.

The sides were carved like most of my hand tools recently.

All told this was a fun project to put together and the end result is a useful tool I will have in the shop for some time.

Here is the build video if you are interested in that.
