great project when you only have a couple hours.

big box store pine joined with dominos. hung with aluminum french cleat.

first time using milk paint (general finishes – basil) and can see more of it in my future. milk paint does require 2 or 3 coats but it’s dry in an hour. i did spray poly over the milk paint although not sure it’s necessary. light poly over paint on wood projects became a habit after several pieces remained tacky (apparently the word is blocking).
