This mug is made of Walnut and has 12 staved segments for the walls and 12 segments for the rim and the base is one piece. Also the handle is one piece.

Nice! I just started turning a bunch of 16oz tankards and was going to calculate the size needed for 32oz and 64oz. What were the dimensions?

DCooksey, the staved segments where cut at12 pieces 6” long and 1.25 wide 15 degree angle and the rim is a segmented ring 3/4 thick 1.25 wide(segmented length) and 12 pieces at 15 degrees.
