Camera Case

I got a new camera and wanted to make a nice case for it. I measured it all out so that I could put the charger and accessories in the box also. In the lid I put slots for extra memory cards. I used eastern Cherry for the box, with Zebra Wood, Black Walnut, and Purple Heart for the applique. I also used liquid gold leaf and silver leaf for accents.

I wanted to be able to wear the case, open the lid and use the camera, so I made sure my hinges had enough movement to take out the camera but wouldn’t hit the straps.

There are 2 slots for the SD cards and it’s lined with cork to protect the camera.
