Just completed this today; a special order for a good customer. Uncle Sam is just over 10 inches tall, including base. Carved from basswood, painted with acrylics. I carved this from a 3 inch tall photo my customer sent to me. No idea who the original designer is. I searched with Google, but couldn’t find anyone.
