Not really woodworking but just getting started.

Made this in the summer of 2008 before I knew much about woodworking and/or carpentry. Got the slide for $50 on craigslist and the swings from Menards. Have about $600 stuck into it.

Designed it myself based off of free internet plans and a couple books from the library.

You have to start somewhere and I think your off to a fine start. Good job. Where did you find the internet plans. Can you post a link?

All the landings I saw were 4’ x 4’...not big enough. I have to remeasure it, but I think it is 6×6 since I had 12’ boards.

Plus I made it taller, as you can see the slide doesn’t touch the ground
