Made several boxes recently as gifts. Here’s one that I really like, and will be staying with me instead… It was my first attempt at a shaping, I have to admit i had a lot of fun with it. I’m sure there will be more of these in my future. Here’s the components:

Body: Zebrawood
Splines & Handle: Bloodwood
Top: Imbuya, Bloodwood and Maple
Bottom: Italian leather (felt compelled to use it since I’m stationed in Italy)

Gloss finish.
