Bass and Baritone Marimba

Here are the pics of a Bass and a Baritone Marimba which I built for my classroom. The bars are made of pauduk and the frames are made mostly Oak and some Ash. The marimbas are able to be broken down and folded for transport. Any suggestions and comments are welcome. If you want to hear how they sound check out the media section of my site

Who said music classes were down the drain?.......Really cool…..I bet the kids love playing them. Great project..thanks for sharing.

when I saw the picture I was like what the heck is that? That is very cool good job. I’m sure your class enjoys it.
