I started out with LVL plywood beams and MDO plywood form boards. The plywood beams are 1 3/4” thick with two of my face glued together to make the legs. the legs are 3”x3 1/2”. A little bigger than the plan called for but I used what I had. The rest pretty much went as planned. I could not get the tongue and groove joinery so I rabbeted The edges together instead. I work in construction so I like the industrial grade aspect of it. Let me know what you think thank you.

I used LVL for my workbench topped with 3/4 inch MDF and it warped hope you have better luck I thought this stuff was super stable.
