This project started out as a lesson to learn some Federal details in veneering and inlay. I decided to turn it into a tool cabinet for the shop. It was confiscated by my wife for her sewing room. She determined that a mahogany cabinet was too good for the shop.

Bob, I’m thinking she’s right. That is just to nice to get all dusty in your garage. That is a truly beautiful piece. You did a fantastic job.

I’m gonna have to agree with your wife—this is much too nice to be out in the shop! It’s a beautiful cabinet, and you did some really fine work on it!
