This was a memorial for my Father. It contains the flag that draped his coffin, some bills he brought back from China, and his medals and dog tags from WWII.
Made of maple, with a glass front.
20” wide, 15” tall, 4” deep.

Really nice work and Great sentiment. We tend to forget those guys and gals and what they did. Thanks for sharing.

Outstanding tribute to your Dad. He would be proud. Just a suggestion, refold the flag so the stars are level. BZ

Great honor and tribute to your Father. Mine was in WW11 also. I wish I would have done that for him. You should be very proud of him.

Great tribute to your father… I always feel proud of those that have had the honor of serving our countries (Canada and the US) overseas… they have done a great job and continue to do so without fear…
My thanks goes out to all the men and women in uniform that have done or will continue to do their part overseas and at home for their countries… we all should be proud of each and every one of them… This tribute is a great way to show that pride… well done…
