This is my latest project. A three drawer bedside table made of solid mahogany. I hand cut the dovetails for the drawer fronts with a wood chisel. I dry fit all parts and did glue up with titebond. I finished this project with 320 grit, cherry stain, and two coats of poly. This is my seventh project in two years i will provide photos of the past six in the future.

Fine work. Great use of nice wood. Mahogany has that open grain that reminds me of the black walnut we have here out west.

The large dovetail looks sweet.

Looks very nice. I will borrow the idea of the big dovetail for my next drawer project.
