Redwood coffee table
We got this redwood slab in from the west cost, Nice size coffee table its full 72” long and 27” wide and 3” thick, We ran it through a planer and sander, hand sanded down to 220 grit applied a Klearkote epoxy finish, and wow what a shine
We sat it on two cedar stumps they turned out a little white but looks good i think

I really like the cedar stump bases I like the contrast between the two woods it makes both stand out nicely .
I have a large Redwood coffee table with the natural redwood root base and I think it blends in with the top too much!
I have one comment though where you took the picture is to distracting and there’s to much glare = I can’t really see the nice wood grain although I can see you put a really nice finish on it .

Great Job!!

Fantastic table. Love the slab. Fantastic shine to it. So much so, you can’t see the grain from the reflection!

The contrasting stumps look good also.

Keep it up.

Beautiful, I think the light stumps look very nice with the darker top. Great job on the finish.

Beautiful table, super finish to the top. That table will last forever and be a family heirloom!
