The inspiration for this board is from an Indian Blanket design. . Planning is crucial for the execution of this one. And it is actually quite far from the idea I had in my head originall . My plan was to make the design progressively larger from the center out. To do that my slices would have to be progressively wider. My problem came when one slice needed to be two different widths, which as we all know is impossible.

WOW squared!! That is a real neat design. Are you still cutting you pieces on the band saw or the table saw?

I now have my E mail coming to my new G mail account so I’m getting the buddies’ projects again. You have been busy creating some real unique pieces.

Excellent piece. I like looking at projects like this to calculate in my own mind….the “easy” way to do it. I’m still calculating! Great job and a beautiful board.
