I see so very much on line about repurposing windows, doors and virtually everything else, I just thought I’d give it a try like this. The table base is 3/4” Birch plywood. The window is indeed an old one, but I repainted it with a crackle finish and to contrast with the woodgrain stained finish on the base. I used Minwax stain and satin polyurethane on the exterior. The interior is a low lustre black. Overall dimensions are 19.5”X32”X17”high. Fun little project and satisfying results.

Well done, compliments.

Nice. Interesting contrast with the paint finish on the ex-window. Good to see someone using something instead of discarding it.

A unique piece. You did a great job on this and it will definitely be a conversation piece. Nice work.

Looks great my friend, I like the contrast with the frame against the base. Hope all is well down your way. Woke up to snow on the grass here, played golf last Wed and it was 71* !
