I seen some of the beautiful bandsaw boxes that you guys made and I had some extra Purpleheart lying around so I fiqured why not…. Be kind this was my first attempt.
The draw fronts are made of Tiger Maple and the pulls are from the extra Purpleheart.
I’ll be posting a bed me and my hubby made as soon as I can get my kid to clean his room LOL.

Great job, and a really good finish. How tall are they?

Well done, you are off to an excellent bandsawn box making career !
I have no problem with the size and placement of the drawer handles.
Thank you for sharing these works. I look forward to seeing more of your bandsawn boxes.

There you go Lori… you are a natural … I agree with Tony… fantastic.
Most people here would have started with ’’leaf’’ or ’’minnow’’ or one of the smaller designs… no you jump in at the deep end and go for ’’lotus’’... I have been thinking of trying this more complex design myself when I get time but I don’t think I could do it as much justice as you have…

On the day I was born, I realized I had no talent. Now I know where my share of talent went. You took your share and mine to huh? L.O.L. You definately got talent oooozing on everything you tackle, from the small and dantie to the large projects and everything inbetween, HUGH fan, you blow me away, Where did my socks go? Thanks for sharing, can’t wait to see what you do next. Beautiful finish, looks like glass.

Nice to see someone design/build something noone else has done before. Looks like those “things” grew up out of the ground.
Nice work.
