Some novelty Band Saw Boxes. Friends in San Diego asked me to make some band saw boxes shaped like a breaking wave. To add a bit of artistic flair I shaped the drawers to look like a surfboard. I even added a shark bite or two to the lightest box. The boxes were made by sandwiching hard woods with Baltic Birch plywood. The drawer pulls are birch biscuits shaped to look like the Skeg of a surfboard.

Very cool. Nice choice of wood combinations also.
