Maple burl hollow vessel

3 1/2” high x 6” wide big leaf maple. Had fun with this. Just under 1 1/2” entry hole.

-- to turn or not to turn, is that really a question?

very nice piece of wood and you did a equally nice job in creating a beautiful piece of art work, most people would have not seen that vessel in that piece of wood. Well done

Great job, I bet it was a fun turn.
Also I reckon there was a bit of “Heart in Mouth” time.
