Pool Storage Box

I bought one of those “above the ground pools” for my daughter this past summer. When I took it down for the winter i realized how much room it was going to take up. So i needed a storage box that i could place outside. With some luck my neighbor had a bunch of cedar left over from a fence repair he did this summer. I had to mill out the bad spots on the planks and the inner suport structure but it all worked out. Also the hardware was from when i fixed my fence last summer. So this project cost me nothing and it saved a lot of wood from heading to the landfill. Tell me what you think.

That thing is really gorgeous! Kudos…You must have a pretty nice shop to be able to build such nice furniture. ;-)

Great job, I bought our kids one of those this year and now it is taking up a big spot in the garage.
