Here we go again!

This is a display cabinet made out of birch and oak. All hardware are out of brass. On the cabinets back is a hand made wallpaper from 1940 attached. The wallpaper is made in Sweden and since we, as the rest of the world, suffered from the world war was the supply of bindings limited. This implied that the wallpaper became extremely fragile and needed to be handled whit extra care for not falling apart. The glass in the doors is made to look old and hand made. But its not … :(

Great looking cabinet, Krenov style. That birch has a lovely texture- any specific kind of birch?
