The rocking R was something I made for a family member. I drew the R on a craft board I got from Lowes, and cut most of it out with a jig saw. After cleaning up the cuts and sanding it down I stained it with some left over stain I had. I used dowels and a piece of copper tubing to cover the dowels and added led lights. Led lights came in a kit also available at Lowes. The lights and battery box were just mounted by small screws, however I did solder the wires together to keep from having a “birds nest” behind my R. Fun project and cost under 50$.

Very nice ’’disco’’ sign.
