This video shows how to build angle measuring gadget using dial indicator. This device is best used for truing Table saw blade or other 90° angle measurements. It is simple to construct and calibrate. The dial indicator is available from amazon for $10.99 (http://www.amazon.com/Vktech-Indicator-Precise-0-01Resolution-Concentricity/dp/B00MUCQ4EM/ref=sr_1_1?srs=6710147011&ie=UTF8&qid=1457472356&sr=8-1&keywords=dial+indicator)
Thanks for watching

Nice little box, yet no one warns you that your table saw should be level to use it. I was tempted to buy one but decided to skip. Also the angle measuring gadget can straighten up fences(aluminum or wood) and you can use it to square miter saw, please see this video. You can not do that with this electronic box, and according to Murphy’s law your battery will run out just before you need to use it for important job.

I have a Wixey and like it, but it has its limitations. One must keep their wits about themselves, least they be lead astray.

The zero button allows relative measurement.
