To build a simple flat pack sled out of wood is a really simple but fun project. It requires basic to minimum handyman skills, a set of common handyman tools and of course good will and time. The good thing about such flat pack projects is you can tear it apart whenever you want to and enjoy the great storage solution. I myself am a huge fan of ready-to-assemble stuff, simply because it’s easy to repair. I have built the flat pack because of my children. We’ve bought one too many toys that seem to disassemble quite easily and I don’t mean something you could repair without too much effort to it. That’s why at a certain point I decided to simply build it myself. I have used the very basic tools every handyman should have – a saw, hammer, a handful of nails, sanding paper, a screwdriver and etc.

very nice and surely fun too, can you share the overall dimensions?
I’d like to make one but I better hurry, winter’s almost here.
