Wow, I can’t wait to see the front door that piece of craftsmanship goes over. The door assembly must be around six feet across. Good Work, BTKS

Great door. This is something that takes time and talent. Wood bending or forming is an art.

Nice job. I have two questions that I am sure everyone else wants to ask as well:
1. What kind of glue did you use on the laminates?
2. What kind of clamps are the red clamps? I assume they are mountable clamps.
Thanks and nice work.

The Elliptical casing was made from a 1×8 oak board.
The oak strips were 3/16” there was 17 strips.
Clamp system was Archway Clamps from R&R Clamps.
Glue was Extend Titebond11
The profile was done with a Woodmaster 18” Molder/Planer with a custom made jig.
A special thanks to Gary Stiegler for tech support.
