This handmade end table is made from locally-sourced (Chicago-region) red oak and from half-inch industrial copper pipe. Table top measures 23-1/2” x 17”. Lower shelf is 15-3/4” x 13-1/4”.

I intentionally left intact a small insect or disease-caused hole in the center of the tabletop. I think the elegant angle of the copper coupled with the rustic-ness of the hole creates a pleasant contrast in the piece.

I find drilling angled holes very difficult and was very happy with how this came out!

Beautiful, elegant, minimalistic design.
