In december of 2006 i built it for my daughter. i got that idea from somewhere online. it is called the Parson style so it was very basic to build it. they were made of poplar for legs and rails and a birch plywood for top. i put joint compounds on it. after they got dried up, i sandpapered and painted a primer spray paint. after the primer spray paint got dried up, i painted a green spray paint that matched her bedroom colors.

I like it very simple but will done, I sure that you daughter has gotten some good use out of it.

gotta love furniture that you can stand on—- fixing the curtain rod, sweeping away a cobweb, reaching that top shelf.. yah—you definitely have to be able to stand on it :D
