I did not make the router table i bought it from someone who was selling his tools. He had a mdf top on it and i wanted to make it look better so i put on the laminate and the mapel trim around the laminate i thought it turned out real good.

I too think it turned out real good. Where did you get that fence?

The fence came with the table i bought from a guy going through a devorce and he was selling all his tools to a pon shop and he was getting hardly anything for some real nice tools so i bought some things from him and he was really apprecative and i was thankful too.

Turned out great!
Now that I’m using an open framed Kreg router table, I’m learning just how cool it would be to HAVE a cabinet … with DC ports on the fence AND in the cabinet.
It’s a blizzard, here, when I’m routing!
Nicely done!

Monty, you really dressed up this router table. I used to believe that shop furniture needed only to be functional but, after seeing posts like this, I have come to see the benefits of having both form and function in shop furniture.
Nice job.

So I recently got rid of my router table and replaced it with a shaper and swapped out the spindle for a 1/2” collet so I could use my router bits. Turns out I’ll need to rebuild another router table because there’s just some things a router does better than a shaper. I need to see if I can build something this nice because I’d never get rid of it! The only thing I’d do is put a mini 1/8 hp power feeder on it.
Have your say...
