This is my first mortise and tennon project i made with my mortise jig. It turned out good. I made it with poplar wood. I wanted see what it looked liked stanined . I know poplar looks better being painted; however i wanted to try staining it, some of the area were blothchy, but i think over all it turned out alright.

Looks good. Some closeups on the MT would be nice.

Looks good to me. If my 1st M&T project comes out half as good as yours….I’ll be happy!
