I bought (yes bought! – didn’t have time to make) a dresser some years back and the doors warped a good inch and a half in the steamy kitchen. Whipped them off and replaced with MDF – hopefully more stable in that enviroment – The old doors were used as a template for the router – My long suffering wife painted them up – sorted!

Even painted both sides with gloss? does any one know a sealer that would work please?
