This is a group of fixtures used to get the truss rod slot cut, fingerboard installed, and everything cut down to final taper (final with a little extra for sanding). There is a master template (third pic) that is used to flush trim the neck after is rough tapered with a simple jig (fourth pic). The template also has the opening cut out that the router bushing rides against for the truss rod slot. After the fingerboard is glued down it is flush trimmed to the neck (first pic). Sorry for all the guitar stuff; just happens to be what I’m working on right now. Coming up is the compound neck contour jig which is about 50% finished.

nice jigs – I’m curious does the truss bolt counteract the string tension?
