Nice work and a very interesting stool. It looks like something from the 1800’s. The turning work sure looks well done too.

I refinished one like that once, the legs were all loose and sanding the turnings seemed to take forever. Always wondered why they used glass balls for the feet. Think you can get parts or a kit from Vandykes, not as nice as this one though. Not very comfortable, so many probably do end up as plant stands.
