OK….Here I go again….. Two more to add to the growing collection. I really like making these little birdhouse ornaments, and I am getting better at it….. I think these two are my best effort so far.
OK…. to show scale of these ornaments; as requested; I have added another picture with one in my hand…. Hope this helps you all to visualize.

Thanks fellow Jocks…. Scrappy: These birdhouse ornaments all start from a piece 2×2….once round I boar a hole 1” dia. and reduce the outside to a desired shape and wall thickness. Finish sand, set aside and on to the roof and finial. Total size of the ornaments are 1.5” dia, and about 3.5” – 4” in total length….... If this makes any sense. If you are interested, I could scan a little plan and send it your way…..... PM Me.

Really nice ornament Brian. I especially liked the shape of the house and the roof. Thanks for giving the dimensions, but it would be nice if you included something in the photos like your hand or whatever to give us feel for the scale. I know I never do, but I will try in the future. Thanks for posting.

Great bird house. You have inspired me to make one now, and it’s all your fault! I looked at your other turnings and they are very nice also.

Thanks for the new pics Brian. I like them even better now that I can see the size. Miniature work isn’t easy and you did a great job on these.
