Here is a small dimension cheese slicer made from African Padouk with an end grain strip of Purple Heart, Cherry, & Maple. The end grain piece was a cut off from a previous cutting board I’d made & just wanted to spice it up a bit. Loved the way it turned out. I think I found my 2nd most favorite wood to work with. First is Purple Heart.
