In the middle of another project my son asked me to build a stool with him. I put him to work with the drawknife peeling bark from the legs and cutting them to length while I shaped a cutoff of oak that I had laying around.
All in all we worked on it for an hour or so. Sanded and finished it with Dark brown Bri wax. (I may have been testing the color for my other project but I’ll stick to the story that I just wanted to hang with my awesome son.).
This was a super fun project.

Neat stool. The best part is hanging with your son. Its my favorite part of a father son project.
