The table is finished with an oil base white wash and sealed with clear urethane. A couple challenges with this project…...the top had to fit perfectly with the base because there is no inset on the apron. Also, there is no stretcher on the legs so had to use deep and fairly tight fitting mortise and tenon joints between the legs and apron.

Good use of an ordinary timber. In Australia it’s called Baltic pine and has a long history as flooring . I really like it and have been resawing 50mm x 100mm and make smallish things with it.
