Tsunami Band Saw Box in Four Woods

October, 2009—This is my rendition of the band saw box on the cover of “Building Beautiful Boxes with Your Band Saw” by Lois Keener Ventura. I had fun making this box, and it was not as difficult as it may look to beginners. It is four woods glued up to make the carcass. And the handles are a fifth wood. I sanded it down to 1,200 paper, and used the Watco Danish Oil finish.
