A kid at school was having a bad, being teased by another student. Even after dealing with the situation, it was plain to see he was still upset. Wanting to do something nice for him, I put together this quick project out of some scraps.

I asked him what his favorite game was, and he told me “Devil May Cry 4”, which I found ironic b/c I was really into the first game in that series when I was in college in 2002. Anywho, I engraved the logo into the book ends, sanded and sprayed it with 2 coats of lacquer.

Luckily, the Lacquer dried before 8th period, and I was able to get it to him by the end if the day. The smile on his face was well worth it.

Nicely done and a very nice gesture too!

He will remember this the rest of his life and most likely still have the shelf when he becomes an old man!
