Nice. Very functional. Picture is a little dark for me but it looks like you used piano hinge?

Thank you. Yes it did come out a bit dark, but it works and your right on the money with the piano hinge.

That certainly is a space saving idea. This table adds workspace in the laundry area and making it a fold down table is a good idea since these spaces usually are not the biggest areas to work in.

As an after thought…......this could be a double duty table….....laundry folding and a baby changing table…...change baby and drop soiled diapers (if anyone still uses them) into washing machine. Again….....great job.

I should have explained that part a little better with the legs and all. The legs fold up to the underside of the table. I used two little brass hinges for each leg and when they go up they over lap it little and the 3 or so inch edge of the table hides it all.

If my kids were still in diapers one I think I would scream and two your right it would be a good way to contain all that fun changing mess. Thank goodness my days of that are over with. =)
