I have made this wall plate as a gift for a colleague who I have worked closely with for 19 years, she has been promoted to a senior position in another school and will be leaving soon. The centre piece is the school badge. K.A. stands for Kemnay Academy. I adapted the design from a design I had seen in a book written by wayne Barton. I hope she likes it!

That’s likely to bring on some tears, and cement a friendship forever. Poetry in solids. Wow.
