Here is one of the 15 post caps that I built for a customer in Maryland. Very interesting project but very simple.

I ended up using the table saw. I bit the bullet and it turned out not so bad. Just took my time and was very causious about where my fingers were.

I’ve not had much luck making these on the TS. Somehow I end up with the lines not hitting the corners. Was thinking that I should make some kind of jig.
