This is a project the wife has been after me to do for quite a while. Got to keep her happy. When she’s happy, everybody’s happy. She has every book published by Nora Roberts. Why? I haven’t figured that out yet. But, she can buy Nora Roberts books as long as I can buy woodworking books. That’s her at age 23 in the picture on top.
It is just standard ole dimensional pine from the lumberyard (cheaper if you screw something up). Got a drawing from Jock Ken Reed and modified it ever so slightly. The first and third shelf are adjustable and the center shelf is stationary for stability. Used a maple stain and polyurethane top coat. Nothing spectacular, but she likes it.
-- There are three signs of old age. The first is loss of memory. I forgot the other two!

If she like it, then you know it’s a good job.
