This is a toy box that I helped a friend build for his son. He had the idea to add a drawer for games and he also wanted his son’s initial cutout of the top. So I made a drawing and we went to work. He was very happy with the result and said his son loves to drop things through the top.

It looks great. I can’t believe he has enough toys to fill that chest. Look at the last picture with the you or your friend i it….it must be 5 foot tall! :-) All joking aside it looks like a woderful project that will get many years of use.

Nice job! Even has a S shaped breathing hole to let let air in when they play in the box.

Nice, Looks like it will hold a lot of toys. The drawer is a nice addition also.

Very nice job and timely.

I am starting the design process for a toy box for my grand daughter and I may incorporate the drawer idea into mine, if that’s okay with you?
