Sorry there are no finished pictures, this was my first paying job. I forgot to take pictures after I finished. The customer did the staining on these cabinets.

You cut the dado with router/ plybit?

Routerisstillmyname, Yes, the kit I bought from Holbren has three bits for 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 ply, but they are undersized for a perfect fit. These bits are great to work with, and they were only like $10 to $15.
